Job Description:
Circle of Living Hope Foster Care Child Placing Agency is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Case Manager/Developer in a hybrid position. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for serving children in foster care and helping families through the verification process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of up to 25 children, ensuring their needs are met and in compliance with agency and state regulations.
• Conduct regular home visits, complete assessments, and provide consistent support to foster families.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and timely, meeting state minimum standards.
• Work with foster care applicants through the verification process, including training, home inspections, and required documentation.
• Maintain detailed case files, adhere to all policies and procedures, and participate in audits or reviews.
• Contribute to the agency's growth by fostering positive relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in child-placing case management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and time management to handle caseloads and documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
• Must pass all state-required background checks.
