Circle of Living Hope Foster Care Child Placing Agency based in Houston, TX is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the part-time Hybrid position of Case Manager/Developer. The ideal candidate will have 2 years or more experience in child placing case management, a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social/Human Services field or related field, meet all state required background checks. We are seeking an individual who is dedicated, professional and maintains strong ethics in adherence to standards and policies. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, both written and oral are essential to the daily functions of the position. Responsibilities include: primary case management of children in care, daily documentation, compliance with minimum standards, home visits, assisting the agency with continual growth, and other duties reflected in the Case Manager job description. Development duties include working with applicants through the verification process, training, inspections and documentation. We offer competitive pay based on experience and opportunity for growth.
